Fujifilm has taken over Diemer & Koch

FUJIFILM Europe GmbH has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares of the company ‘Graphischer Dienst Diemer & Koch GmbH’. Diemer & Koch is engaged in the sale of a wide range of graphic systems products and related supplies and is located in the city of Bielefeld, Germany.

With this takeover and Diemer & Koch becoming a subsidiary within the group, Fujifilm is aiming to strengthen its Graphic Systems Business Domain as one of its core business fields and with it the position in all related current and future product areas.

The acquisition will bring further enhancement for the entire Fujifilm sales force in the German graphic systems market.

About Diemer und Koch

Diemer & Koch has been founded in the year 1948 as graphic systems dealer in Bielefeld. Today the Diemer & Koch group combines three offices in the cities of Bielefeld, Hilden and Hamburg, employs more than 60 employees and is supplying the graphic industry with consumables, hard- and software as well as services.

D&K Systeme+Elektronik Handel GmbH is also part of the group which is engaged in sales of electronic equipment, network components, servers and proof systems for digital printing and finishing. Also the Kaufmann Entsorgung GmbH is part of the group and takes care for appropriate recycling of developers or printing colors. Nowadays the Diemer & Koch group is one of the biggest system houses in the printing industry in northwest Germany. Among their customers are printing houses, newspaper companies, prepress companies and advertizing agencies.
