German web-to-print heavyweight, CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA, has chosen drupa 2016 to announce a significant expansion of its relationship with Fujifilm through an investment in a Jet Press 720S – the latest in a series of Fujifilm Jet Press 720S sales announcements leading up to, and during drupa.
Says Dirk Mussenbrock, Regional Sales Manager, Jet Press at Fujifilm: “Fujifilm has supplied photographic paper to CEWE for a number of years, however, this is the company’s first investment in Fujifilm Inkjet Technology hardware and comes after an extensive assessment process, where executives from CEWE were able to witness first-hand just how well this machine performs in the field, day in, day out. CEWE’s investment in the Jet Press 720S will help ensure the company is in a firm position to take the next step in its ambitious growth strategy.”
Founded in 1961, in Oldenburg, Germany, CEWE has grown over the years to become the European market leader for photo services and online printing. With over three thousand employees across eleven high-tech locations, CEWE’s combination of decades-long experience and innovative technology makes it an ideal partner for photographic and other printing products.
