Fujifilm´s hybrid instant camera, the instax SQUARE SQ10, has been crowned “European INSTANT Camera 2017-2018” by judges at the esteemed European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA).
The SQ10 is the first hybrid camera within its range to be equipped with a digital image sensor and digital image processing technology. This produces greatly improved photographic image quality and image editing options before printing. The SQ10 takes the image quality of instax prints to the next level and allows photographers to add a creative, artful edge to their photography with an intuitive interface designed especially for the SQ10.
Commenting about the award, EISA President Paul Miller states: “The Instax SQUARE SQ10 is the first hybrid instant camera that lets you take and print square photos (62x62mm). You can brighten, darken or add vignettes to your images or choose from 10 creative filters to apply, before you decide to print them. The bright LCD viewfinder makes it easy to create and edit your pictures, which are recorded in the internal memory or on a microSD card, so you can share them with your friends and family.”
Seeing an opportunity to provide photographers with even more occasions to use instant cameras equipped with new technologies, Fujifilm decided to create a brand new device dedicated to the SQUARE format. The improved image-capturing functions of the SQ10 give this latest addition to the instax range unrivalled levels of control and ease of use. The SQ10 allows photographers to effortlessly capture a wealth of different scenes with perfect control.
Fujifilm will continue developing innovative products and services that address user needs, thereby contributing to the further endorsement of photographic culture.
