Introducing the instax mini 9, the new iconic instant camera

FUJIFILM Corporation (President: Kenji Sukeno) announces the launch of the new instant camera instax mini 9. Building on the worldwide success of instax mini 8, instax mini 9 will share the same iconic design and ease of use as its predecessor.

The refreshed range is equipped with a selfie mirror and comes with a close-up lens. Number of features equipped to mini 8 such as automatic exposure measurement for aperture settings and high-key mode that enables users to take brighter photos – perfect for portraits, remain the same.

The stylish, compact camera is the perfect tool for parties, festivals, events and days out, allowing users to capture fun, retro prints with a simple point and shoot motion. instax mini 9 comes in five trendy new colors, “Flamingo Pink”, “Lime Green”, “Cobalt Blue”, “Smoky White” and “Ice Blue” designed to appeal to a broad range of young, budding photographers with an eye for design.

Instant Photography has experienced resurgence in recent years and instax has found favor amongst consumers of all ages. One single physical print which captures a one-off moment has become more and more appealing amidst a modern avalanche of highly edited digital shots.

instax mini 9 joins the varied family of cameras, mini 70, mini 90, WIDE 300 and smartphone printer, instax SHARE SP-2. “instax mini” cameras use “instax mini” film including the newly available monochrome film.
