FUJIFILM Europe is happy to announce that its subsidiary in Turkey, FUJIFILM DIS TICARET A.S., has won a PACS/RIS replacement project in the Medical Park Healthcare group, which is one of the largest private hospital groups in Turkey. The contract which was concluded in January this year is running over five years and will cover all 30 hospitals of the group, including LIV hospitals.
The Fujifilm Picture Archiving and Communication System, Synapse PACS, provides radiologists with advanced visualisation tools to aid diagnosis, preoperative planning and clinical decision support. Synapse CWM (Clinical Workflow Manager) improves reporting workflow efficiency whilst enhancing access to patient data. Currently Fujifilm has installed more than 4,000 Synapse PACS systems in healthcare facilities around the world. With this, the company is now considered the most widely used medical informatics vendor and global leader among PACS.
Medical Park Healthcare Group, which in Turkey has been in the field of hospitaling since 1995, provides services in various cities across the country with 25 Hospitals, two Medical Centers, and a total of 7,000 beds capacity. „The Fujifilm Synapse PACS further improves our efficiency and workflow whilst enhancing access to patient data across the group“ says Yuksel Yazici, Group Deputy Director Biomedical Department from Medical Park Group. „This supports us in our mission to provide qualified healthcare services to our international patients”.
