The new service is valued at €300 (£260) per year, but will be offered free to those who qualify, for the first two years.
Fujifilm Professional Service is available for all people that register a qualifying GFX camera body and a qualifying GF lens.
Fujifilm Professional Service is also available free of charge for all people that register two qualifying X cameras and three qualifying X lenses

The service will have a value of £260 per year but for at least the first two years, we will be offering it for free to professional photographers and photographers that own enough qualifying products.
In order to qualify as an FPS Member, you must register at least one qualifying GFX body and at least one qualifying GF lens OR two qualifying X Series bodies and at least three qualifying XF lenses. You will also qualify if you are a full-time professional photographer. To show us that you qualify as a professional, please click here for further guidance.
All of the products must have been purchased from an approved UK dealer within the last 24 months. If the product was bought outside the UK via an approved EU dealer, please call the FPS hotline on 0344 553 2322.
Once this criteria has been met, you will receive an email with your unique membership number, detailing exactly what you are entitled to, and how you would go about claiming it.
Once you become a member of FPS, all the X and GFX bodies, lenses and accessories you own can receive the service benefits of FPS membership (not just the products that made you eligible for membership).
Membership will automatically lapse after two years and you will be contacted a month before termination and invited to reapply. At that point, Fujifilm reserves the right to change the terms of the scheme, including the list of qualifying products. Fujifilm will also advise whether FPS can continue as a free membership scheme or whether it becomes chargeable.
Proof of purchase will need to be provided the first time any product is sent into our service department. If the proof of purchase cannot be supplied, the product will be removed from FPS status which may also affect the FPS status of other products.
Only products purchased from UK approved retailers are eligible to qualify for FPS.
If your products cannot be repaired or serviced under FPS, you will still receive excellent service from Fujifilm. We want to make sure all our customers are happy. Anyone who buys a Fujifilm product will have a one year warranty on their product and the repair they will receive will be exactly the same quality, whether they are an FPS member not.
If you wish have your kit checked by a Fujifilm technician, we will arrange pick up and return of your product.
You are able to submit up to two products each year to Fujifilm for a free check. A product means either a camera body or a camera lens, so you can send your body and lens, two bodies, or two lenses. If you wish to receive a health check for more than 2 products each year, then standard charges will apply.
Should you not use your entitlement in any one year, you cannot carry that entitlement forward. The health check can apply to any Fujifilm camera product you own, not just the products you used for registration.
The Health Check and Clean services must happen at the same time.
We will always aim to repair and dispatch your product within 3 working days of receiving it. See below for more information about what will happen if we cannot do this.
In the case that your product is not covered by warranty, there may be an additional delay to the repair based on how long it takes you to respond to our repair quote.
Free Annual Health Check and Clean services may take up to 5 working days and must be pre-booked.
All products will be assessed on the day we receive them. If it is deemed that the product will take longer than three working days to repair (complicated repair, spare parts not available), we will contact you by telephone to discuss.
You will be offered a new estimated date for repair / dispatch and given the option of a loan product to be sent to you to use until your camera can be returned.
It may not always be possible to loan you the exact same model but every endeavour will be made to provide a suitable equivalent.
