FUJIFILM Europe B.V. has a key position for an Export Compliance and Customs Master data Officer in an high-tech production environment in an international supply chain and sales organization.
As Export Compliance Officer you are responsible for ensuring compliance with international regulations on the export of commodities and technologies out of the EU. (“Security Trade Control” or “Export Control”). You advise, guide and give support in all Security Trade Control (STC) related matters for FUJIFILM group companies in EMEA and you consolidate the FUJIFILM´s STC Officers network and functional STC Officers organization in Europe.
Your second main responsibility is the customs classification of materials according to relevant legislation and the maintenance of this classification of commodities. You create and maintain the customs related master data in SAP.
A candidate who is willing to develop him/herself into an expert and is recognized as a person with attention to detail and accuracy and affinity with reading and interpreting laws and regulations. You show a high level of integrity and a professional, conscientious and methodological approach. You are able to explain complex matters to others and you take initiative. Enjoying working professionally in international teams is one of your strengths. Business trips within our region are part of your job that you consider as enrichment, not as a burden. Your communication skills, written and oral, are excellent.

The Department Security Trade Control and Customs is responsible for managing and ensuring Fujifilm's compliance with relevant national, European Union (EU) and global international regulation. STCC guarantees a flexible European system of trade and customs facilities and smooth logistics flows for the relevant Fujifilm Group members. The team consist of 9 members and they work closely together.
