Serving your needs by creating an optimised digital system with our FCR, Imager, and PACS. You can make the most use of your medical facilities.
Based on the various needs of clinics and hospitals, we can configure a flexible system from our wide variety of products. As a result, you can obtain high-quality digital images that will change your workflow and increase your productivity.
For the hospital requiring a variety of X-ray equipment, the FCR System offers a full line of image readers, namely the cassette-type, the IP in-built upright-type, and the IP in-built table-type image readers. Since, on the FCR System, the image reader is independent from the X-ray equipment, you need not install multiple image readers to read the IPs from the multiple X-ray equipment. Together with the CR Console and the Dry Imagers, you can consider which equipment to install depending on your needs and cost restrictions.
The FCR System is able to output stable images at high resolution due to the use of advanced imaging technology. As a result, unusable and unnecessary images are kept to a minimum thus realising a smooth and effective operation. Also, high-speed reading of the image is possible without the need for a dark room, with the image being displayed instantly on the monitor. This is effective for hospitals that need to take a lot of X-ray images in their daily operations.
Our digital system complies with DICOM, a global standard for medical equipment. Our equipment has been used in various situations with great flexibility and compatibility. Non-DICOM equipment can be connected easily to our DRYPIX imager, or to our SYNAPSE PACS System via the DRYPIX LINK interface, thus ensuring full utilisation of your existing equipment.
At hospitals, image data is increasing with the ever-increasing number of patients. Each of these data is important for patient diagnosis. Therefore, it becomes evermore important to manage and utilize these data efficiently. Fujifilm proposes its SYNAPSE, a new generation medical imaging system that centrally processes and stores image data within a hospital. As a result, images can be retrieved from the server by any department over the hospital network and be displayed/output at the requesting department site. This eliminates the cumbersome task of carrying around/storing films.
By connecting multiple SYNAPSEs over the network, image data can be shared by multiple hospitals. Consequently, the SYNAPSE enables you to create intra-hospital networks and local district medical networks easily. Using such networks, examination reservations of referred patients and new patients can be made smoothly as well as their admission reservation.
Our FCR System has a history of over 25 years of medical achievements dating back to 1983 when we introduced the world's first CR equipment. Since then, we have been striving to develop high-quality diagnostic imaging equipment and techniques. Our proven record shows 43,000 FCR Systems and 36,000 Imagers installed worldwide as of June, 2006.
