Fujifilm is helping make the world a better, healthier, and more interesting place. Learn more about what we’re about.
Fujifilm is calling on people from all over Europe to take part in the upcoming ‘PrintLife’ photo exhibitions in the UK, France and Turkey. Until the end of August 2019, enthusiastic photographers can submit their images by uploading them on www.fujifilm-printlife.eu and take the opportunity to be part of one or all exhibitions. The photo exhibitions will take place in London (from 24 to 27 October 2019), Paris (from 7 to 11 November 2019) and Istanbul (from 4 to 13 October 2019). As a thank you message, Fujifilm will offer each participant a free print of their submitted image on Fujifilm original photo paper in size 20x20 cm or 20x30 cm.
Fujifilm welcomes every photo sent in by the hobby and amateur photographer as well as semi-professionals, regardless whether it was taken using a smartphone or a camera. When uploading, each participant can choose where they would like their photo to be exhibited – either in London, Paris or Istanbul.
Fujifilm launched the successful concept of photo exhibitions in 2006 in Japan. From this early start onwards, the guiding principle behind the exhibitions was already in place: raising awareness of the value of photos and encouraging people to hold their photos in their hands. Today, the photo exhibitions are among the biggest in Japan. The exhibitions have also been successfully established around the globe: in 2018, Fujifilm exhibited over 100,000 photos worldwide. Fujifilm wishes to continue this success with the ‘PrintLife’ exhibitions in London (24 to 27 October 2019), Paris (7 to 11 November 2019) and Istanbul (4 to 13 October 2019) and encourage people again to print their own photos with the slogan ‘Your photo is worth printing!’.
