Spinal Imaging Course at Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital

The company were proud sponsors of The Oswestry Spinal Imaging Course, held on 9th & 10th October 2013 at the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt (RJAH) Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry.
The two-day course was held at the Institute of Orthopaedics Conference Centre at RJAH and consisted of clinically based lectures and interactive case based discussions. It utilised the various imaging modalities and their application in a range of pathological scenarios to facilitate problem solving in the spine and was specially designed for Specialist Registrars and Consultants in Radiology. The course addressed all areas of spinal imaging with the exception of trauma.
A wide range of topics were covered over the two-day course, including normal variants in spinal imaging, degenerative disc disease, spinal infection and non-infective inflammatory disease. Sports and overuse injuries in the young was also covered, along with spinal cord and meninges.
