The company are pleased to announce the signing of a service provision agreement with Veritek Global, which from 1st May 2013 will provide nationwide support to Fujifilm customers specifically with CR and conventional systems.
Following careful consideration, Fujifilm made the strategic decision to transfer ten technical services staff and associated customer services expertise to Eastbourne based Veritek Global, an award-winning engineering service provision company with an unparalleled track record in high quality service and support to the medical imaging sector.
Commenting on the agreement, Mark van Rossum, General Manager of Fujifilm UK Medical Systems said: “Fujifilm has already established an excellent relationship with Veritek Global, as they’ve been providing service provision to our photographic business for many years. We are renowned for our great service support and our decision has been prompted by our desire to further enhance our service to customers”

The seamless transition of support for Fujifilm’s CR and conventional system customers commences on 1st May 2013. Fujifilm customers with PACs and DR systems will continue to be directly supported by Fujifilm.
