Following their 2012 customer satisfaction survey the company are delighted with their overall score of ‘better than good’!
The customer survey was completed in March 2012 by an independent research agency. Commenting on the research results, Mark van Rossum, General Manager of Fujifilm UK, said: “We’re pleased to find that our overall performance has increased by 6% since our 2011 survey. Customer Satisfaction is my number one priority and I aim to improve it from ‘Better than Good’ to ‘Very Good’ within the next 24 months.”
