Fujifilm is a pioneer in diagnostic imaging and information systems for healthcare facilities, with a range of constantly evolving clinically proven products and technologies designed to assist medical professionals perform more efficiently and effectively. The company are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Operations Manager, Andy Wilks, following the retirement of Leo Maguire from this position earlier this year.
Andy Wilks brings a wealth of experience to Fujifilm, having held key positions within Toshiba in Canada for the past five years, including Director of Project Management and National Sales Manager. Previous to this Andy spent three years with Lundy Healthcare, joining as Director of Project Management UK and subsequently being promoted to President for North America. Prior to this, Andy spent ten years with Siemens Medical UK where he undertook a variety of sales and project management roles.
Commenting on his appointment, Andy said: “I’m really pleased to be joining Fujifilm at such an important time, with the expanding range of PACS and Synapse offerings, as well as the latest in imaging technology, I’m looking forward to playing a key role in bringing the full operational side of the Fujifilm business together.”
Andy will be responsible for Fujifilm’s service, applications, integration, inventory and projects. “It’s a challenge I am relishing - and although I only started recently, I feel like part of the Fujifilm ‘family’ already. I’m really enjoying the position and broadening my knowledge of the great products and technologies Fujifilm are able to offer,” he concluded.
Andy is married with two children and is a keen golfer – with a single figure handicap!
