Service Manager appointed at Fujifilm


Fujifilm is a pioneer in diagnostic imaging and information systems for healthcare, with a range of constantly evolving, clinically proven, products and technologies designed to assist medical professionals perform efficiently and effectively.  The company are pleased to announce the appointment of Dawn Spanton as Service Manager. Dawn joined Fujifilm in July and will provide an integral support role for Fujifilm’s range of CR, DR, PACS and NDT products.  She has a B.Eng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and brings a wealth of experience to the position. Dawn has gained valuable experience in the healthcare arena as Service Manager for Kodak/Carestream and  Sectra  over the last 20 years. She started her career as a Modality Engineer at Elscint, moving to Imation with responsibility for Technical Support and Training followed by 3 years as IT Manager at DSS UK Ltd. Commenting on her new role, Dawn said: “As Fujifilm continues to grow and consolidate, I’d like to ensure that we have the most modern support systems available to meet our customers’ needs.  Customer satisfaction is my number one priority, so I’m pleased to be joining an organisation that shares the same values.” In her spare time Dawn enjoys scuba diving, cycling, and travelling.
