Image Recovery Service
Our award winning image recovery service may be able to help you if your digital images or movie files have been accidentally erased, or your digital memory card has been formatted incorrectly.
The image recovery tools and software that we use ensure that there is no risk of damage to your card or any further loss of files.
All recovered files are saved to a CD-ROM and returned to you with your memory card correctly formatted.
In the event that we cannot recover any images from your card, it will be returned to you in its original condition at no charge.
Pricing Policy
The price for recovering images from any of the memory cards below is a low, flat fee of just £40.00 per card.
This price is for successful recovery of images only. No images, no fee!
How to use this service
To use this service, send your memory card to the address below using a recorded delivery service.
Please do not send any payment until we contact you with the results of the recovery process.
Please enclose a brief covering letter stating your name, address, email address and telephone number.
If possible, please indicate the number of files that you are hoping to recover and a brief description of the images.

- Any images that are deemed to be indecent or offensive in nature will not be returned and Fujifilm reserves the right to take appropriate action.
- FUJIFILM UK Ltd cannot accept liability for any incidental losses (such as cost of photography or the loss of income from photography) incurred as a result of faults with this service.
- FUJIFILM UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for media which is not sent via a "signed for" postal service.
